Our approach is....distinctly different. Our Progression Partners’ Career Transition programs are purposeful in design and engage candidates in a program customized to fit their needs. Candidates are empowered to create their career's own transition strategy with our Your Career Path™ program.
As with all our programs, we always start with the individual. The Birkman method helps to identify your leadership brand, your strengths and triggers to be successful in your job search and interviews. Along with your Career Coach, the program provides valuable toolkits and practical exercises needed to be successful in the process and progression of a job search.
